Bagatelle

I attended a family birthday party a few weeks ago where we were introduced to the fun and surprisingly addictive game, Bagatelle.

Basically it’s an old fashioned pinball machine - a traditional pub game of skill (or luck?), a wooden board studded with strategically positioned nails and a series of holes each with a numerical value. Pull back the spring loaded plunger to release your ball and try and aim for the holes that are worth the most. Then add up the total and see who wins.

Grandparents will remember the game from when they were younger and will love a bit of nostalgia. This wooden bagatelle board is the ideal size for granny and gramps to fit on their table and while away the hours on a rainy afternoon.
