Now, I love a little tipple every now and again but as time goes by I am finding that many of my friends are drinking less and less. Some are now even tee-totallers! Personally I couldn’t imagine not having a glass of chilled white wine on a warm summers evening or a refreshing cold lager to wash down my chicken madras and naan.
I mean, they have their reasons and they are all perfectly valid ones; health issues, allergies, on a diet, training for a marathon, the list goes on - but still, life without alcohol?
