Monopoly has been around for over 70 years now and whilst it is still a classic board game, Hasbro the makers of the game, still have to keep coming up with ideas to refresh it and make it more appealing to a new audience. This latest offering is the UK Edition of monopoly.
Rather than just being based in London, a nationwide vote took place this year to nominate other towns and cities in the UK to be included. After millions of votes the results have just been announced and pride of place in the Mayfair spot is St Albans and second place is Exeter which now stands in place of Park Lane. Other towns and cities in this updated edition include Colchester, Manchester, Leeds and Liverpool, Belfast Airport and Edinburgh.

Darrow has had over 500 million players in its history, has various worldwide editions including being produced in 26 different languages. No matter what language or variation the board game comes in there are still the classic rules; Buy and sell property, collect rent, pay taxes and stay out of jail. The aim?
